Phillip N. Trautman, CRS, GRI Installed as President Champaign County Association of REALTORS®
REALTOR® Phillip N. Trautman, CRS GRI has been installed as president of the Champaign County Association of REALTORS®. Trautman is managing broker/real estate appraiser and is owner of Champaign County Realty in Champaign.
Trautman has been in real estate for 30 years as a real estate broker and appraiser and has been a certified real estate appraiser since 2003. Through his career, he has been very active in CCAR including serving as a member of the Grievance Committee, MLS Committee and Professional Standards Committees. He also currently serves as a member of the Association Operations Involvement Group.
Trautman has a Certificate of Business Administration from the University of Illinois School of Business. He currently is a member of the Illinois Association of REALTORS® Leadership Development Program for 2013.
He has been a volunteer with Meals on Wheels and St. Matthews Catholic Church in Champaign.
Other 2013 CCAR officers elected and installed include: President-elect Jeffrey Barsktall, a broker with Century 21 Heartland, Stefanie Pratt, a broker with Coldwell Banker Honig-Bell Champaign. Newly installed directors include Virginia (Ginger) Campbell, Keller Williams Realty and Russ Taylor, RE/MAX Realty Associates.
