upcoming Truth in Lending Act-RESPA Integrated Disclosure regulations that
become effective on October 3rd require new rules for loan closing procedures
and settlement documents. Any transaction involving a mortgage will require new
disclosure forms (Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure) created by the Consumer

disclosure for mortgage transactions. We are hopeful the implementation of this
new rule will not cause any initial disruptions or delays in closing activity,"
