In years past, the Champaign County Association of REALTORS® has collected box fans for seniors and families in need in Champaign County. This year, to increase our efforts and impact on your community, the Champaign County Association of REALTORS® will be holding a box fan drive on June 5th, 2014 from 7 AM to 7 PM. Members of the Association will be available to receive monetary and fan donations from the public at the Association office, 305 Burwash Avenue, Savoy. Checks can be made payable to the Champaign County Association of REALTORS®; please add in memo field: Box Fan Drive. CCAR President Phil Trautman and REALTOR Kathy Brenner will be promoting the event on WCIA noon show on May 29th.

These box fans will be donated to charities to specifically help the elderly members of our community, as well as families who may not have air conditioning or the ability to escape the extreme heat. We need your help! Please spread the word to your family, friends, colleagues and clients about this opportunity to benefit needy individuals and families in our community. You can make a difference by making a monetary or box fan donation at the Association's office on Thursday, June 5th between 7 AM and 7 PM.
