Mission and History
The Champaign County Association of REALTORS® is the "Voice for Real Estate" in the Champaign County area of Illinois, whose over 500 members are engaged in all facets of the real estate industry. CCAR was chartered in 1917.
Code of Ethics
All REALTORS® must abide by NAR's Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. The Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice outline duties that REALTORS® have to clients and customers, the public, and other REALTORS®. While the Code of Ethics establishes obligations that may be higher than those mandated by law, in any instance where the Code of Ethics and the law conflict, the obligations of the law must take precedence.
Officers and Directors

Chartered in 1917, CCAR is the leading resource for REALTOR® members and an advocate for homeownership and private property rights. CCAR strives to be recognized as a community and education focused resource comprised of ethical real estate professionals.
