Stefanie Pratt, a licensed real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Honig Bell
in Champaign, has
been installed as the 2015-16 president of the Champaign County Association of
Pratt obtained her real estate
license in 2003. In 2004, she was honored with the R.O.O.K.I.E. of the Year
Award by the Champaign County Association of REALTORS®, given to a promising
new agent who has passion and dedication to their clients, career and
community. Since 2004, she has also received the Coldwell Banker "International
President's Circle" award as one of its top agents. In 2005 she was recognized
by RIS Media magazine as one of its "Top 50 REALTORS® on the Rise."
Pratt has served as a member of the
Champaign County Association of REALTORS® Professional Development Involvement
Group, Governmental Affairs Involvement Group, Professional Standards and Grievance
Committees. She is also a past
chairperson of the MLS Committee. Pratt also served on the Illinois Association
of REALTORS® Tornado Relief Fund. She will represent CCAR at the National
Association of REALTORS® business meetings this year.
Pratt is also an active member of
the Home Builders Association of Eastern Illinois and received the volunteer of
the year award in 2014. She also chaired the return of the Showcase of Homes in
In 2009, Pratt received two
community awards, the Top 20 Women to Know in Champaign County
by the Illini Radio Group and the Top Forty Under 40 Professionals by Central
Illinois Business Magazine.
Active in other community
organizations, Pratt has been instrumental in recreating the annual Champaign
County Humane Society Dinner/Auction event, serving as Chair 2007-2013. In 2008, she received the Champaign County
Humane Society Volunteer of the Month award.
Pratt is an active member of
Champaign West Rotary and member and former ambassador of the Champaign County
Chamber of Commerce. She has served on the board for the Don Moyer Boys and
Girls Club and March of Dimes. Pratt lead fundraising committees for the
American Heart Association’s Heart Ball, March of Dimes, Center for Women in
Transition and Big Brothers/Big Sisters Advisory Board.
Pratt is a partner in Mega
Events, a benefit auction specialist company that assists not-for-profits in their events. In
2015, she founded Rockin for Reasons, a not-for-profit organization to bring
national and local music together for concerts that benefit local
